By accessing or using USoft AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

USoft AI provides AI-powered social media management tools, including but not limited to WhatsApp chatbot automation, Instagram DM and comment automation, and a centralized CRM dashboard. Our services are provided on a credit-based pricing model.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials used to access the service.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including sending spam or violating Meta's terms of service.
• You must ensure that your use of our AI automation complies with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding electronic communications.

4. Payments and Credits

USoft AI operates on a credit-based system. Message credits are consumed as the AI processes incoming and outgoing messages. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We offer a 15-day free trial with limited credits to new users to test the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall USoft AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
